Robert is a hotelier, restaurateur and property manager based in Zadar, Croatia. He studied economics in Göttingen, Germany, and grew up in a hospitality family, with a father from gastronomy and a mother who is a trained chef.
After moving to Croatia in 2009, he took over the family business in 2010 together with his cousin and has been running it for the past 15 years. Today he manages the family-run Hotel Mediteran, the Arkul Casual Fine Food restaurant, and a growing portfolio of villas and apartments under 2 Capricorns d.o.o., focusing on guest experience, operational efficiency and long-term partnerships.
