Paula began her career in tourism through various student jobs. After joining Valamar Riviera as a trainee, she continued to build her experience by progressing through roles of increasing responsibility. She advanced from Junior Assistant to Senior Assistant, and then took on the role of Assistant Director, gaining a deep understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
Her promotion to Hotel Manager marked an important milestone in her professional development, providing her with the opportunity to further refine her leadership skills and operational expertise.
She currently serves as the General Manager at Hotel Sunny Poreč by Valamar, where she leads the team, oversees operations, and ensures exceptional guest experiences.
