Both of my parents being Croatian and coming here every summer I was introduced to the beauty of Mediterranean cuisine at a very young age, born and raised in New York I attended the French Culinary Institute which allowed me to work and stage at some of the best restaurants in America.
Given my heritage and affiliation with various cooking techniques, I decided to come back home to Croatia to see how I can implement my skills and further through mentorship discover the true meaning of Croatian food. I've dedicated my life to this craft and it's not all about cooking; team leadership skills, logistics, organization, they're all part of the Hospitality Web which I am now a growing part of. I'm here today to give insight on my experiences abroad and what I've seen the last 5 years I have been here.
