Duje Prlj works as the Head of Competence Development for the HoReCa market in Croatia at METRO Cash & Carry Hrvatska.
Throughout his long-standing career within the company, he earned the title of Master Sales Coach and has been actively involved in developing the sales force’s skills and product knowledge. After completing several independent projects focused on market competitiveness and assortment expansion, he took over the Gourmetro project, through which he actively presents assortment solutions tailored to the HoReCa market.
