Boris oversees the operation of the Ruby Group, ensuring that each Ruby product in the growing portfolio represents the highest standards of quality and service. Ruby is a dynamically growing new generation hotel company, and hotels are constantly added to its portfolio where Boris is facilitating the openings to introduce the brand to those who may not know it as well yet and also works with the existing hotels as they evolve their product and service offering.
After his 10 years of experience with Hilton Worldwide in several management positions in the United Kingdom, Central and Eastern Europe and in South Asia, driven by his passion and interest in hotel innovation, in 2016 Boris has entered Ruby Group, a lean luxury, new generation design hotel and co-working space as a Group Manager Openings and later as Group Director Operations. Today, Boris is Senior Vice President Operations and Member of the Executive Board at Ruby Group.
