I grew up in a family deeply dedicated to tourism and hospitality, which has greatly shaped my professional path. From an early age, I was surrounded by a work culture focused on guests, service quality, and continuous improvement, so pursuing a career in tourism felt completely natural to me.

Through my ten years of experience working in hotels, I developed a particular interest in the area of cleanliness, which I consider one of the most important factors influencing a guest’s decision when booking accommodation. Cleanliness is not just an operational standard - it is the foundation of trust, the key to perceived quality, and a major contributor to overall guest satisfaction.
