Vedran Gulin

After a successful design, online marketing, and communications career, Vedran decided to switch the focus of his work to hospitality – primarily in bars and restaurants.
Even though he learned most things the hard way through trial and error, his concepts gained quite a following from the local audience. After one of the first wine bars in the country VINO&INO (Šibenik), he focused on the bistronomy and street food combo which was unknown in the market at the time through Bistro 75 (Zagreb), and his latest project of fast-casual Asian restaurant SOI FUSION is curently expanding to multiple locations. Apart from that, he was the driving force behind the only proper cocktail festival in Croatia – Cocktail Week Zagreb, and in his efforts to educate the market he lobbied for the translation of the cult book by Danny Meyer, Setting the Tabel (he was the official reviewer of the translation as well) and is also one of the lecturers at the Raise the Bar academy by Coca-Cola HBC.
