Sanja Mihaljević is Customer Success Management at Hoteza, a hospitality IT company dedicated to providing a full-guest journey solution to the hotels within the 16 countries the team manages. Her interest in hospitality started at the beginning of her academic career during the Hospitality Management studies where she became interested in all the innovative practices of the industry, as well as the continuous growth and change that is at the core of hospitality and hotel management.
Her experience in hospitality also includes work as a part of the Marketing & PR team at a renewed luxury hotel, which is when her focus shifted towards the importance of perfecting the guest journey through clear communication and brand positioning. Her most recent experiences brought her to Hoteza which allowed her to put her focus on helping hotels discover their own “voice” through digitalization and digital solutions, and she’s been working with both global and regional teams for three years now.
