Nebojša Daraboš graduated from the College of Hotel Management and the Faculty of Business and Industrial Management in Belgrade.
Drive for expanding his knowledge and abilities as well as his ambition quickly led him along the path of business management, from the receptionist at the “Patria” hotel in Subotica to the position of Director of the “Elitte Palić” hotel complex in Palić, where he has been from 2004. until 2009.
From there he went to lead the renovation and opening of the MK Mountain Resort on Kopaonik as Director of hotel complex during the winter season of 2009/2010.
From April 2010 to July 2011, he founded and was the first Director of the Tourist Organization of the City of Subotica.
In the period 2011-2013 he worked at Savath Hospitality Management as part of the Pre-opening office both Holiday Inn and Stara Planina Hotel & Spa where he was the Field project leader and Development manager. After the successful opening, he was the first Director of the new hotel on mountain Stara Planina.
From 2004 till 2012 he presided Committee for Tourism and Hospitality of the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina and in period 2016-2020 was member of the Tourism Council of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
As a member of the City Council of the City of Subotica in charge of economic and tourism development and Director of DMO “Park Palić” from 2014-2020 he worked on the economic development of Subotica bringing new meaning to tourism destination development as one aspect of economy that has great impact in overall progress and future.
Since 2020, he has been working as a consultant and interim manager at Grus Hospitality Management, where he is also a co-founder.
In January 2022, the Mona Hotel Management company recognized him as a leader who can bring about the changes they planned, and he currently works as the Chief Operations Officer of the Zlatibor Mona Hotel.
Working form bottom up, in different aspects of hotel and tourism business, drive for knowledge and perfection, always looking ahead, gave him unique perspective and understanding of value of new ideas fine-tuned and blended in core of hospitality business, resulting in standard rising protocols and procedures as well as people-oriented management.
