Tamás Fehér

Tamás Fehér has been the managing director of the Manpower companies in Hungary since 2020 and recently took the responsibility of managing the Croatian businesses as well. He graduated in business administration at the Budapest Business School and the University of Hull. Fehér started his career in corporate HR functions and entered the recruitment market in 2007. He managed two market-leading agencies before taking an international role as senior vice-president of the permanent recruitment business line. As a former HR manager, he says he is primarily focused on organization design and the motivation of his teams, creating a high-performance culture. In his free time, he does a variety of sports, including running, biking and cross-fit.
