Nikola Raceta

Director of Hospitality Operations at Best Hospitality Solutions

Graduated with a Master of Economy (mag. Oec.) from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality in Opatija. Later, he obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Hotel and Tourism Management at Collegium Humanum Warsaw Management University, administered by Apsley Business School in London, and over the years acquired several other diplomas and certificates in industry-related fields.

He started his professional career as a receptionist, trainee and later as a front office manager, before taking the position of hotel manager, cluster general manager, project manager and currently hospitality director at Best  Hospitality Solutions.

Currently, Nikola oversees the operation of several properties managed by the company BHS (Best Hospitality Solutions) in the geographical region of Croatia. He is involved in pre-opening activities, recruitment, procurement, quality control, guest satisfaction, staff development, capital expenditures, maintenance and financial performance, providing him with comprehensive management skills applicable in the modern and changing world of tourism and hospitality.
