I’ve been enjoying cooking for 19 years already, while for the last 5 years I’ve been holding the position of Head Chef at El Toro Restaurant and El Toro Street Food. Being a Head Chef of these two restaurants allows me to operationally participate in the cooking and creation of dishes. However, I do not only take care of food, but this job also gives me a chance to be a part of managing processes that I consider to be a valuable experience. I have finished a Cookery Course at High School of Hospitality in Zagreb, a city where I was born. Today I still work and live there together with my wife and our two kids.
