CurrentIy am currently serving as the Director of Food & Beverage at Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana (August 2022 – present, Madrid, Spain), where I have successfully developed the concept of a new lifestyle brand at one of the first properties in Europe. In this role, I oversee the management of 315 hotel rooms, 12 meeting rooms, and 6 F&B outlets, leading a team of over 60 F&B staff and generating over 5 million euros in F&B revenue. Notably, I am honored to have been selected as a recipient of the 2023 Professional Development Program Scholarship at Cornell University, a prestigious Ivy League institution, where I am furthering my expertise in hotel real estate asset management strategy and valuation, deal structuring, and capital markets.
Previously, I have held various key positions in the hospitality industry, including serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Eurostars Grand Marina 5* GL (October 2019 – March 2020, Barcelona, Spain), overseeing the management of 297 hotel rooms, 7 meeting rooms, and 7 F&B outlets, with a focus on achieving over 5 million euros in F&B revenue. Before that, I served as the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage (October 2018 – October 2019, Catalonia, Spain), where I successfully managed F&B operations across six hotels, totaling 954 hotel rooms and 14 F&B outlets, achieving over 7 million euros in F&B revenue.
Additionally, I have valuable experience as the Food and Beverage Manager at Gran Casino of Barcelona (September 2016 – October 2018, Barcelona, Spain), overseeing 13 F&B outlets, catering to 1000-5000 daily services, and leading a team of 130-200 F&B staff, with an impressive revenue of over 12 million euros. With my extensive experience and ongoing education at Cornell University, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.
