I moved from France to London in 2001, fresh off university, starting my career in operations, progressing through the ranks and openings several hotels in London for Accor Hotels. After 11 years with the French chain, I decided to discover the world of independent and boutique hotel chains, still in London, joining The Ampersand Hotel in South Kensington, followed by a move in 2018 to Standard Hotels, looking after global sales for their LA, NYC and Miami properties and opening their first European properties, The Standard, London. Most recently, I played a key part in the reopening and repositioning of the Great Northern Hotel, in King’s Cross, as Director of Sales and Marketing.
