Hans Prins

In his current role, Hans oversees the operation of the managed properties of M.P.P.D. in Croatia for Accor in the premium segment that includes an already operating MOVENPICK and a new opening of a Pullman in 2024 in Zagreb. Hans and his teams are ensuring that each brand product in the growing portfolio represents the specifics of the brand, the highest standards of quality and service, and they create a forward focus towards the guest experience. As Accor’s managed properties are growing in Croatia, Hans will ensure that the Hotels represent a new level of hospitality for the new generation of guests of the future.
Hans has demonstrated over 38 years of hospitality experience, starting in Food & Beverage, throughout all operational departments in the premium and luxury segments, and with the last 8 years serving Marriott International as Property Leader, overseeing 5 openings in Eastern Europe, Belgium and Iceland where his teams receive the Leading Business Hotel of the Year by the World Travel Awards in 2021 & 2022 he continues his journey in Croatia. Driven by his passion, operational knowledge, eye for detail, and continuous investment in his teams, both in the Premium and Luxury segment, Hans has entered the Accor Group in July 2023 in the S.E.E Region.
