Gustaf Pilebjer is the Director of Food and Beverage for Europe at Marriott International overseeing development projects across the continent and Marriott brand portfolio.
His hospitality career spans nearly two decades, with a wealth of experience amassed in operational and managerial roles at London’s top venues.
In 2010, he joined Gorgeous Group as a consultant, specializing in concept development and project management of F&B projects for the international hotel industry and independent operators. In 2015, Gustaf co-founded the London-based creative hospitality agency Rebel, acting as Creative and Projects Director.
His expertise spans restaurant and bar management, business plan creation, concept development, interior and operational design, service training and operational support.
