Gloria Luna Steiner, currently the Front Office Manager & Les Clefs d’Or Concierge at Hotel Ambasador ***** by Liburnia Hotels & Villas, Founder of the Croatian Assn. of Hotel Concierge. Occasionally, she is a guest speaker at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Ika with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Hotel industry and guest services.
She oversees the Front Office and Concierge team at the Company, she works for and constantly assists young Concierges around Croatia which have contributed to the acknowledgment and growth of this job.
Before joining Liburnia Hotels & Villas, Gloria worked for Kempinski Hotels, where she gained extensive experience in customer care, guest intelligence and personalized Concierge services. Throughout her career, Gloria has received numerous accolades, including LQA & PwC certificates.
She is dedicated to continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry.
In the future, her aim is to succeed in founding the Croatian section of Les Clefs d’Or, and continues to make a positive impact in the hotel industry.
