General terms and conditions
Registration of participants
By registering for the Festival, the General Terms and Conditions are accepted. Registration should be completed within the deadlines set in the program. Registration obliges the participant to pay the registration fee. When the payment is received the registration will be confirmed. Participants authorize the organizer to collect and store registration data following the Law on Personal Data Protection. The registration fee is subject to VAT at the rate of the country in which the event is organized, regardless of whether it is invoiced to a legal or natural person. In Croatia, this is a VAT rate of 25%. In the event of a change in the tax rate, the organizer reserves the right to apply the same.
Certificate of participation and paid registration fee
Written confirmation of participation is given to each participant after the correct registration and payment of the registration fee. The registration fee depends on the date of payment and the number of registration fees ordered. Discounts do not apply if the payment is made after the date by which they are valid. If the payment is made within 48 hours before the Festival, the confirmation must be presented at the registration desk upon registration.

If the Festival is canceled as a result of force majeure or the insufficient number of participants (less than 200) or for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the paid registration fee is returned to the payer. The Organizer undertakes to notify all registered participants in time in case of cancellation of the Festival no later than 7 days before the same. This does not apply to other costs that the participant may incur.

Cancellation of an already confirmed reservation must be in writing.

Refunds are not possible for non-attendance or non-attendance at the event or in case of transferring the Festival online.
