Hailing from sunny southern California, Croatian-American Daniela Rogulj made her way to Split in 2015 via San Francisco, Nashville, and London. After visiting her newly retired parents in the homeland that summer, Daniela decided to try her luck in Split and launched her career as a writer shortly thereafter.

Daniela spent 6 years at Croatia’s largest English media company Total Croatia News, working her way up from a journalist to the Sports Editor and COO. Her copywriting business Dani Says launched in 2017 and has since grown into a thriving business storytelling and consulting for Croatia’s top luxury tourism companies.
