Ante Markota

Ante is a Hospitality Consultant and Customer Success Manager at Hoteza Europe. He has a diverse background in luxury hotels across Croatia and the United States, including serving as General Manager at a renowned 5-star hotel on the Croatian coast.
Driven by a passion for the hotel business and hospitality, Ante improves hotel services, streamlines operations, and enhances employee satisfaction and productivity. He continuously seeks new ways to meet and exceed guest expectations, with a focus on hotel digitalization and technology. He leads hotel teams to adopt and implement new technologies to improve the guest experience, increase operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
Ante holds a degree in economics from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, complemented by an MBA earned in the United States. Additionally, he has successfully completed specialized training and certification programs at The School of Hospitality Business at MSU and Cornell University. His expertise extends across various aspects of the hotel business, including Guest Relations, Sales & Marketing, MICE, and Hotel Revenue Management. Throughout his career, he has worked with well-known hospitality brands like Radisson, Hilton, Marriott and The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW).
