Ana Rajak

She began her journey in hospitality at just 15, starting as a chambermaid. After graduating from the University of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija, her dedication and aptitude saw her advance through the ranks: from housekeeping, animation, reception to becoming the youngest hotel director in the company by age 24. In 2019, she embraced the role of Corporate Room Division Manager, coordinating several departments and managing teams in the reception, housekeeping and wellness departments.
Following a three-year enriching experience in the private sector, she returned to her managerial role in hospitality. Ana has been and still is a steadfast advocate for upholding operational standards as she firmly believes that the cornerstone of thriving hotel operations lies on ensuring guest satisfaction while fostering a motivated and satisfied workforce. To her, standards are not just expectations; they are the promise of quality we offer to each and every guest, as well as staff members.
